I’m a certified personal trainer and nutrition specialist who believes real change happens in real life. My approach goes beyond workouts and meal plans. I’ll go grocery shopping with you, teach you how to cook and meal prep simple, healthy meals, and help you make confident food choices at restaurants, while traveling, and in everyday situations.


My goal is to help you nourish your body, prevent disease, and build strength through daily movement in a way that’s sustainable and enjoyable. I love staying active outdoors—running, hiking, skiing, tennis, biking —and I bring that same balance and enthusiasm into my coaching.
